Shoe Freaks Badgering Alexander McQueen’s Office for Their Own ‘Aliens’
November 13, 2009 by: My WayWomen have been calling Alexander McQueen’s offices in hopes of purchasing their own pair of Alien shoes from the spring 2010 collection. The calls started the day after the show, with some looking “to buy them as art pieces,” according to a spokeswoman for the label. And the others, who want to wear them, are unsatisfied having their ankles in one piece? The process of making the shoes is protected by copyright.
