Bugatti Shows Four-Door Galibier
September 16, 2009 by: My WayThis is the 16 C Galibier concept, which gives us a good idea of what a four-door Bugatti could look like. It retains much of the modern styling from the two-door Veyron, including that car’s horseshoe grille, two-level hood, and polished metalwork. Bugatti insists the car is just a concept yet asserts the Galibier would be “the most exclusive, elegant, and powerful four-door automobile in the world.”
The body is a mix of carbon fiber and aluminum, and we’re told a twin-supercharged 16-cylinder engine powers an all-wheel-drive system—not hugely dissimilar to the powertrain in a Bugatti Veyron. It’s a striking vehicle, as you’ll see in our photo gallery below.
